24 Hour Common Passenger Vehicle Rescue-Technician Level (IFSAC)
Full Description
The Common Passenger Vehicle Rescue Technician course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely manage complex passenger vehicle rescue incidents, including vehicles resting on their roofs, vehicles on their sides, and incidents involving multiple vehicles and associated hazards. Students will develop the ability to recognize and evaluate incident-specific hazards, perform advanced vehicle stabilization, establish safe access and disentanglement points, and execute technical extrication operations. The course also covers patient triage, packaging, and removal techniques, as well as the safe and systematic termination of rescue operations in accordance with industry best practices.
