Full Description
This dynamic 5-day course is built for first responders ready to lead and do things right. Designed around a Type 3 All-Hazards Incident Management Team (AHIMT) framework, it delivers the knowledge, leadership tools, and hands-on skills needed to step confidently into Command and General Staff roles.



Through high-paced scenarios, you'll dive deep into the ICS Planning Process, lead critical meetings and briefings, and develop real-time Incident Action Plans (IAPs). Two full-scale simulations challenge teams to manage active operations while preparing for the next operational period — just like the real thing.

REQUIRED PREREQUISITES

IS-0100: An Introduction to the Incident Command System

IS-0200: Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response E/L/G 0300: Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents

IS-0700: An Introduction to the National Incident Management System

IS-0800: An Introduction to National Response Framework

Student MUST have FEMA NIMS IS 100, 200, 300, 700 & 800 prerequisites completed BEFORE registering to GUARANTEE their seat!
